Before Vincent started as a chef in restaurant Matty, he gained gastronomic experience in renowned establishments both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
After taking over the restaurant in January 2021, Vincent and his fantastic team want to make their own mark.
His kitchen is described in beautifully balanced dishes, both in taste and in structure. Working with fresh products and according to the rhythm of the season is a must.
