Before Vincent started as a chef in restaurant Matty, he gained gastronomic experience in renowned establishments both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
After taking over the restaurant in January 2021, Vincent and his fantastic team want to make their own mark.
His kitchen is described in beautifully balanced dishes, both in taste and in structure. Working with fresh products and according to the rhythm of the season is a must.
In addition, the right matching wines are selected for Vincent’s dishes, so that they can give you the total experience of a gastronomic experience.
A casual atmosphere in a nice setting with beautiful dishes and wine, that is what they strive for.
